The staff was awesome, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in an amazing part of the city just next door to city center and the Osmanbey metro station. I liked my fairly nice stay here and would recomand this property.

The location was convenient, being very close to the Osmanbey metro station. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and spacious rooms offering beautiful views. The staff were very good too make our stay nice, providing really good customer service. the breakfast served at the hotel was amazing.

The hotel's location is ideal as it's close to the metro station, so it's easy to explore the city. If you love shopping, it's near shops that cater to different preferences, making it easy to indulge. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the bed is comfortable, which ensures a good night's rest. Breakfast is a good selection, and you're guaranteed to get excellent service from the staff.
The hotel is on a hilly road that may not be ideal for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues.

We loved staying here! The location of this place is ideal, as it is close to all the best spots for shopping, eating out and sightseeing. This hotel also has great service, with helpful and friendly staff who provide room service, car hire, dry cleaning, grocery shopping service. Plus, the in-room amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, balcony, in-room safe.

The staff was amazing, always ready to help and with a smile on their face. They were great too make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and when we requested a change, they were prompt in taking care of it. The hotel's location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and a big hospital nearby. the hotel was conveniently located close to the metro and bus station, making it easy to explore the city.
The lack of privacy in the rooms. We could hear everything happening in the next room, embarrassing, especially at night.
